Farm-To-Table Cuisine at Vin Antico "Where passion meets the plate" is the theme of cozy Vin Antico, located in the heart of downtown San Rafael. Their contemporary, farm-to-table fare is brought to life by Head Chef Mike Polite, whose culinary talents showcase the bounty of Marin farms in dishes made up of locally grown, organic, and sustainable ingredients. Polite's childhood love of cooking and preparing food led him to Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in San Francisco.
