We also buy food not from Marin but try to meet the folks who grow it We wish everything grown everywhere was organic and we support that as much as possible We make our own pasta we cure our own meats we make our own sausage We make everything to order! Yes We Really Do!! Our food is always seasonal. We change our menu often. We think food raised with love tastes better.
